This website, in it’s 5th month of existence, already boats over 2,000 unique visitors each month, with about 7,000 page views. Visitors from over 22 countries view over 3.25 pages per visit. The majority of the traffic comes from the United States, Canada and the UK. Within the US Market most readers are from Washington, California, New York, and Massachusetts.

Running: 300 hours on the road a year or 2,300 miles a year (~6 hours a week)
Biking: 300 hours on the road a year or about 5,000 miles as a roving billboard (~6 hours a week)
Swimming: 150 hours in the pool or open water (~3hours a week)

The early lead:
As a swimmer in triathlon, Ben’s average swim finish overall is 1st.
On the Podium:
Average finish in 2006/07 as an Amateur for 20-24 age group was 1st and overall it was 2nd.
Ben won the US and World amateur titles in only his 2nd full season of racing/training.
In the Magazines:
Ben has been highlighted/featured in Inside Triathlon magazine four times in 2007 with 2 of them as nearly full page interviews/Q&As and 75% of them with photos. He was also featured on the front sports page of the Oregonian, twice in the Seattle Times, and several other local newspapers.
