DUUUUDE, wicked race, wicked race. Sporting performance as usual - I missed the start but the announcers mentioned a couple of times about your false start and everyone seems to know that you're a bad ass swimmer. It looks from the results as if you were starting your run within a second of Javier. Think what would have happened if you weren't so beat up at that point.... Looking forward to seeing you in action next time!

Nice write up... was watching the race live on Sunday, didn't see your penalty and was surprised when you weren't in the first bunch since the announcers didn't say anything.
Then that crash, pretty intense, it was hard to see who got taken out... what with the crappy video feed, but we thought you were in the back.

Don't dwell on the false start, think about how you were able to reel in the leaders on the bike and jump back on it after the crash! Some people would've taken a DNF right there...

Ben

Amazing how one wrong move can snowball into more trouble down the road. Now that that's over kick butt in the next event!!!

I think you put up a hell of a fight to get to that point in the race, I could tell how hard you were working! It's been a crazy 3 weeks for you, worthy of that "super Ben" title fro
