There are many who race it every day - I try and give them a taste of an Ian-styled House of Pain (aka - the IHOP) 25+mph for a few miles. 5) start your own blog - you'll put us all to shame 6) I'll never underestimate the fitness of a swimmer - I've been dropped on the flats by a hairy legged world champion on an easy ride. 7) I can't believe you ride Miss Gulchs' bike. I think Ben can hook you up with an ugly blue thing that is sitting in my garage 8) please don't look to ben for bike fashion tips. 9) i think you're still in pain over that whole AWAD pool incident - it's ok to cry. 10) if coup is pronounced 'cou' then why don't we have the 'sou of the day'?
