		<description>Nice race, Ben.  I was wondering if something crazy happened to you out there when I saw the results.  It was frightening to consider the possible existence of age-groupers who could outswim you.</description>

		<description>Nice job BC.  I didn't even think you needed food.  If you swam a bit slower (think flounder speed) you wouldn't need any energy for the bike or run.</description>
